Call for Membership Registration with the Association of Computer Adaptive Testing in Africa (ACATA)

The Association for Computerised Adaptive Testing in Africa (ACATA) is a research think tank which serves the role of driving innovations for tackling problems with respect to educational assessments and innovating new solutions to fix them.

ACATA as a research think tank serves the role of bringing new ideas and solutions to the table to enable change and create social and intellectual settings that encourage problem-solving.

ACATA exists to mobilise expertise and ideas to influence the policy-making process in the education sector as well as provide a platform to introduce new ideas and provoke public debate on the critical issues of the day and in so doing provide technology-led solutions for educational assessments in Africa.

ACATA was conceived as a result of the dear need for technology adoption in educational assessment while encouraging computer-adaptive testing in Africa.

Membership is open to examination bodies, research and development institutions and academia (colleges & universities) across Africa while a governing board is elected.
